Please note that all cancellations or changes to appointments must be made within a minimum of 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee of $30+GST. The client will be solely responsible for the no-show/cancellation fee (not the insurance provider).
We recognize that there may be circumstances that are beyond your control. If you must cancel your appointment due to an emergency situation, please let us know so that we can treat your specific situation with personal attention.
Cancellations of appointments within 24 hours due to the clinic’s inability to process a direct billing request will be considered in violation of our cancellation policy and a fee of $30+GST will apply
