Jenna (RMT): Jenna is a graduate from the 3000hr Advanced Massage Therapy Diploma program at Makami College. She is trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Sport Massage, Deep Tissue, Cupping, and Myofascial Release.Her goal is to ensure that clients receive the best care tailored to their needs in a safe and relaxing environment with the utmost professionalism. Christina (RMT): Christina’s expertise encompasses a variety of techniques aimed at enhancing flexibility, strengthening muscles, and releasing fascia tension to help clients feel their best. She offers a range of specialized treatments, including myofascial cupping, lymphatic drainage, TMJ, prenatal and postnatal massages and sports massages. She is passionate about fostering holistic wellness by restoring balance to the body through relaxation and improved muscle function. Romesh (RMT): Romesh holds a 3000-hour Advanced Massage Therapy Diploma from Makami College and brings over 8 years of experience as an RMT. He completed the ‘Treating the Athlete: Understanding & Delivering Sport Massage’ certificate offered through the Canadian Sport Massage Therapist Association. With a unique background as a professional athlete representing Canada on the men’s National Cricket team, he has an in-depth understanding of the benefits of massage for pain relief and recovery. His goal is to help clients achieve a pain-free state and return to peak performance. He specializes in various modalities, including Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial techniques/cupping, Swedish/Relaxation Massage, and more. Sydney (RMT) Sydney is a 2017 graduate of the 3000hr Makami massage therapy program. She specializes in providing therapeutic, deep tissue, and relaxation massage therapy. She strives in correcting chronic, stubborn injuries and is more sports massage minded in her sessions. Ana (RMT): Ana graduated in 2019 from Makami College with a 3000hr Advanced Massage Therapy Diploma. Her passion lies in helping people achieve a better lifestyle, interacting with clients in a friendly and professional manner, and understanding their needs to provide pain relief, improve muscle function, and enhance range of motion through therapeutic massage. She enjoys recommending additional techniques such as stretches for clients to perform at home and collaborating with them to increase their understanding of their bodies and educate them about self-care. Alan (RMT): Alan is a graduate of the South Edmonton School of Massage Therapy. His focus is on utilizing Swedish, deep tissue, and hydrotherapy techniques to effectively relieve tension and reduce stress. Alan’s goal is to provide a safe and nurturing space where clients can experience the benefits of personalized, holistic massage therapy designed to enhance the body’s natural healing process. Heba (RMT): Heba accepts female clients only.Heba is a Registered Massage Therapist with a 2200-hour certification and a deep passion for health and wellness. Heba enjoys combining her knowledge of education and physical health with hands-on techniques, tailoring each session to meet individual needs. Kahn Lam (Acupuncturist): Kahn is a Registered Acupuncturist with a Diploma of Acupuncture from MacEwan University. Kahn enjoys helping clients positively connect with their body, community, and natural environment. By building attentive and caring relationships with clients, Kahn can address acute or recurring issues such as musculoskeletal pain, sleep disorders, and mental health concerns through acupuncture, cupping, gua-sha, tui na, and other techniques to support the body’s natural healing abilities. Nandhini (Osteopath): Nandhini is a graduate of MOCC college with an 1180-hour program on Manual Osteopathy. With a foundation in Physiotherapy and rehabilitation from her hometown, she pursued Manual Osteopathy in Edmonton. She specializes in Myofascial release, Muscle energy technique, Cranial sacral therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and other gentle holistic techniques. She appreciates how Manual Osteopathy can assess and treat the body as a whole rather than focusing on specific body parts. Conditions she can treat include Plantar fasciitis and other foot problems, Sciatica, Shin splints, Low back pain, Hip pain, Frozen shoulder, Cervical sprain/strain, Headache, and other chronic pain.
